Meet your therapist

Healing is a holistic process that unifies the body and mind. I help clients explore their internal and external experiences in a way that respects their right to feel safe, validated, and empowered. I specialize in developmental and relational trauma, intergenerational trauma, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, sociocultural identity and personhood, stress and burnout, and perinatal and postpartum struggles.

Offerings, crafted with intention

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides an opportunity to slow down and connect with yourself in an increasingly loud and complex society. From compassion fatigue to anticipatory grief, from 1st/2nd generation immigrant legacies to childhood traumas, we have lived experience encoded in our bodies and minds. The inward stillness that individual therapy enables allows you to make meaning and integrate the vastness of your world into a congruent sense of self.

Couples Therapy

Partners seeking better balance and understanding in their relationship often benefit from the couples therapy format. Having a third party present to offer gentle observations and facilitate moments of connection helps support lasting change outside of the therapy space. The work of couples therapy lies in honoring the strengths and struggles of the unit while maintaining the buy-in and agency of each person.

Specialized Modalities

I have education and training in several niche approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Neuroaffective Relational Model (NARM), Yogic and Ayurvedic influenced interventions, and somatic and mindfulness based methodologies. I blend a symphony of philosophy, neuroscience, metaphor and resource to collaborate with you on insightful sessions as unique as you.
