Hello! I’m glad you’re here. Whether you’re new to or familiar with therapy, the decision to begin or continue the healing process is a brave one. Thank you for your courage and curiosity.

I draw from several schools of thought, including attachment theory, narrative therapy, IFS parts work, existentialism, and family and relational systems. Each person is different, and every story is unique, so I will collaborate with you to ensure your voice is heard, your goals and intentions are recognized, and your truths are honored.

I bring several holistic dimensions to our sessions together. In addition to my conversational and supportive style, I hold certifications in Yoga, Ayurveda, and mindfulness. My multicultural heritage also enables me to provide therapy in an authentic, sensitive space where we can explore concepts like health, wellness, intersectionality, and the mind-body connection.

Different stages of life can bring different challenges to the surface, and all of them are equally important. I am an advocate for your right to a non-judgmental experience, a trauma-informed approach, and a client-centered process. Whenever you’re ready, I look forward to developing a dynamic therapeutic alliance with you that is affirming, inclusive, and empowering.
